the toiletries have gone from luxurious Nutragena to what I assume is bargain-basement soap, how delightful. also, I simply cannot fathom why there was no microwave in the room—it’s downright scandalous for a hotel of this caliber. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of special treatment really sealed my disappointment.
